Matt Golladay

Mr. Matt Golladay joined the Catholic High faculty in the 2016-17 school year. He has a Bachelor if Music in Instrument and Vocal Music Education and a Master of Music in Jazz Studies from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Prior to Catholic High School, Mr. Golladay taught elementary school, middle school, and high school band in Illinois, and performed professionally for over 15 years in Illinois and Washington State. Mr. Golladay is the Director of Bands focusing on traditional wind band literature as well as the Jazz and Popular Music. In addition to band, he also teaches Music & Art Survey and Popular Music History, Blues, Jazz, & Beyond. Mr. Golladay also teaches private trumpet and brass in Little Rock, and has for the past 18 years in the Northern Illinois and Seattle areas.
